| Can
I add to an order that has already been placed? |

Typically,
once an order has been placed, it is turned over to Production
within 24 hours and no further changes can be made. If you
must make a change, contact us immediately and we will try
to accommodate all of your needs. |

| How
much are your shipping charges? |
| |
For
small shipments (less than 800 lbs.) we will ship UPS unless
instructed otherwise. We are located in Pompano Beach, Florida
and rates will vary depending on weight and where the merchandise
is to be shipped. You can call for an estimate. For orders
greater than 800 lbs., a Common Freight Carrier usually provides
better rates. |

color/design options listed are not what I need, are there
other options? |

Absolutely,
the options listed are guidelines from our most common requests.
We work with customers daily on developing colors and designs
tailored to their customized needs. Please contact us with
your questions. |

| Can
you match a color or reproduce a tye-dye design? |
| |
Yes,
but we do not guarantee P.M.S. color matching. Tye-dye is
an art and not a science, and therefore no two pieces are
exactly alike. To maximize accuracy, a P.M.S. color or Sample
provided by the customer is preferred. Pre-production samples
are made to match basic form and color. They are available
for $25.00 each. |
